Deborah C. Ward

Deborah Ward was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1995. She is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas. In her over 20 years of practice she has represented individuals and businesses on a diverse range of issues, including employment practices and litigation, commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, and business torts (e.g., negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, tortious interference with contracts, misappropriation of trade secrets). Deborah also advises her corporate clients on an array of operational and general corporate concerns such as employee handbooks, employment contracts and separation agreements, standardized policies and procedures, litigation holds, document retention practices, and social media policies.

Deborah received her juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center. She received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University. Deborah is a member of the Houston, Montgomery County, and The Woodlands Bar Associations. She is a member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. She resides in The Woodlands, Montgomery County, Texas.
